The Company of the Year event once again inspires schools and students in Finland.
Hundreds of JA companies are taking part in the events which are organized within a cool virtual environment.
Each regional event features a great live show with interesting artists and speakers and the young participants are presenting great and even surprising business ideas!

The annual marketplace for student companies took place on the 12-13th of February in two of the main shopping centres in Estonia. Around 260 student companies participated from all around the country and beyond – Georgian students were also invited and got an international selling experience.
During these two intense days, student companies managed to approach the turnover of 15,500€.
But, what were they selling? Products varied from sustainable design and healthy snacks to self-development board games and useful sports equipment.

With the support of Mrs Martina Dlabajova, a Czech member of the European Parliament, a JA Top Logo competition was held for the best visual identity of the student companies. The first round of the competition took place at the regional level. Subsequently, the regional winners competed in the national finals. Students submitted their companies’ logo and 30″ commercial for their product. Over 100 judges selected the winner: a student company from Prague.

JA Greece is very happy to announce a new initiative that is having an enormous impact at supporting student «start ups» created in small villages, remote areas and at special education schools. We have invited leading, well known personalities of Greece as Inspirational Mentors in order to inspire, empower and advise students in their effort to create their mini company.
We are thrilled that everyone accepted our invitation with enthusiasm and we are proud and honoured to have as Inspirational Mentors Her Excellency the President of the Hellenic Republic Katerina Sakellaropoulou, the Prime Minister of Greece Kyriakos Mitsotakis and other 34 ministers, top entrepreneurs, famous journalists and athletes.
In 2022, we are on to very exciting student entrepreneurial endeavours!
Welcome to Gen-E 2022!
Gen-E is a celebration of entrepreneurship and the achievements of European students, where thousands of young entrepreneurs, 15 years old onwards, will showcase their cutting–edge business ideas and will be competing for the titles of best Company and best Start-Up of the year.
This year, Gen-E 2022 final event is hosted in Tallinn by JA Estonia from 12 until 14 July 2022.
Gen-E 2022 is an official event under the #EuropeanYearOfYouth.
