Karl J. Paadam is the Managing Partner of PwC Legal Central and Eastern Europe and a member of PwC’s Global Legal Leadership team. Karl is also an alumnus of JA Estonia. In 2001 Karl’s company Valinor won the national company of the year competition and represented Estonia in the European finals.

Sten Saar is CEO of commercial motor insurance provider, Zego. He co-founded the company in 2016 after spotting a gap in the insurance market while working at Deliveroo. The problem was obvious: the cost and terms of annual insurance policies for self-employed drivers and riders was acting as a barrier to entry for many. So, Zego was born and launched a flexible pay-as-you-go insurance product specifically for this market.

Adam is Senior Advisor and Member of European Portfolio Management Committee at KKR & Co. Inc. and CEO Emeritus of Avanade, created in 2000 as a joint venture between Accenture and Microsoft to combine deep industry and business expertise with the leading enterprise software platform.
